Hypsy’s purpose is to share the healing magic of yoga, breathwork, sound healing, and more with others, so they can experience the same transformation she’s found. She aims to create a space where people can decompress, feel at home, and leave feeling better. She began her yoga journey 20 years ago in college, and it was meditation about 10 years later that truly deepened her practice. Yoga has become an integral part of her life, and she continues to grow with it.

Originally from Albuquerque but raised in San Diego, Hypsy met her husband, Oak, in college, and they’ve been nomadic travelers, even converting a box truck into their tiny home. Her connection to nature has greatly influenced her spiritual journey.

Hypsy loves leading breath-to-movement classes where the practice becomes an immersive, collective experience. Her focus is on the breath, as it’s where the real magic happens. She incorporates mudras, chakras, mantras, sound healing, and shares the science behind why these practices work, blending eastern wisdom with western knowledge.

As an E-RYT 500, Hypsy has been teaching yoga in San Diego since 2020, with specialized training in Pranayama, meditation, and hands-on assists. She’s currently training to become a yoga therapist. She works with all ages, from children to elders, and loves teaching intimate groups or private sessions to dive deeper into practice. She’s also a certified Cacao facilitator, hosting cacao circles in various spaces. Every day brings new magic and growth.

Both Oak and Hypsy are yoga teachers, sound healers, Earth guardians and adventure seekers who are passionate about bettering this reality one interaction at a time. They are long time lovers - self-exclaimed CosmicMates for nearly 19 years. They maintain a deep connection to music, yoga and nature, which makes Lotus Moon Gatherings the perfect, plentiful playground to offer up their magic.

Oak is your master sound healer, bringing you gentle tribal rhythms to sooth your body and mind. His intention is to allow you to deeply connect to your roots, ancestors and spirit guides for a meaningful experience of dancing all night long underneath the full moon.

Hypsy is your movement guide with the intention of slowly opening up your heart, body, mind and soul for the journey of sacred sound vibrations with Oak. She’s offering up a slow, sensual yoga flow to get your blood pumping, breath moving and juices flowing - just the medicine needed for night full of TranscenDANCE.

This will prepare you for dancing the night away as the wild one you are... and still being able to navigate your way through the darkness to your campsite and sunrise ceremony.

This is an invitation to participate in the Sunrise Ceremony.  This is where we integrate our full spectrum Lotus Moon Gathering experience as a community.

With gratitude we welcome the sun, ourselves and eachother into this new day. 

With the power of the sun rising in the east we bundle our medicine and rekindle our inner fire. We do this so we can radiate this new light into our lives, families, local communities and the world at large and spread love like a wildfire. 

Kat is an artist, live painter, and gallery organizer local to San Diego. Her roots have grown in graphite, charcoal, and acrylic; however recently has found exciting inspiration in oil paint and mixed media miniatures. Her goal as a gallery organizer is to facilitate unique spaces where talented artists are able to show their work without having to worry about finding the venues to do so. This goes hand in hand with her personal goal as an artist, which is simply to make the world more colorful!

LISTEN - Andrew is a progressive house devotee from the Mojave desert, now in Los Angeles. He's worked with small-to-mid-size gatherings and festivals in California since 2014, providing harm reduction support, facilitating mental health workshops, and working with green/grounds-care teams. He's happy and privileged to play for any occasion that calls for deep, emotive, progressive house and dance music.

LISTEN - Raised in California by French and Armenian-Lebanese parents, J’Bon brings a global sound shaped by Middle Eastern melodies, European rhythms, and American rock. His musical journey began with live instruments before evolving into DJing in 2007, where he found his voice blending cultures through sound. With a style rooted in electronic music and a deep appreciation for musical fusion, J’Bon delivers dynamic, genre-blending sets that move crowds and cross borders. Whether performing in intimate venues or on larger stages, he brings energy, precision, and a worldly perspective to every performance.

eLGy dēvo is a rising artist in San Diego with a passion for Latin and Tribal House with big groovin baselines. His dynamic sets fuses everything from house vibes to cumbia.

LISTEN - Xenops, a Lebanese-American DJ, is the alchemist of eclectic soundscapes. Seamlessly fusing a multiplicity of global rhythms and tongues, He embarks on a quest to transform the very notion of music into a transcultural journey. Xenops harnesses the power of the world's diverse instrumental voices to weave a narrative of mystery, thrill and discovery. His passion is not just to create musical experience, but to use it as a universal language that transports his listeners across continents, cultures, and emotions, all within a beat.

LISTEN - Meet the DJ/Producer, .aali (Integrate / SOL / Wonder Gate), based in Southern California who embraces a sound that blends progressive rhythms with deep house and minimal techno, this artist is carving out their own space in the world of electronic music

LISTEN - SoCal born and bred, this computer nerd took a hard right at electronic music in the late 90s and never looked back. Lyjia (SanDNB / Vybe Trybe / Triptych) has been DJing and cooking up beats, off and on, for over 20 years -- since high school! His music is best enjoyed with a proper subwoofer and a fresh joint!

LISTEN - From the desert to the Sunset Strip, Jess has been mixing underground music since 1999. The LA native and now San Diego based artist supports a wide range of genres including; Afro, Organic, Progressive, Trance, Techno & Goa, fusing old school with new school. Blurring genre boundaries, Jess likes to paint stories with music and take listeners on an emotional journey with ever changing sonic textures and meticulous mixing. Much of his music is on the darker end of the spectrum with ethnic textures, deep grooves, heavy percussion, progressive melodies and meaningful music.

PsyBenny (Sentient Circle/TerraKroma) Born in Tehran - Iran started music in 2009 in Iran and played in underground band s in Iran as drummer, pursued music production after moving to the US and started DJing in 2021.

LISTEN - Rooted in techno, psytrance, and progressive rhythms, ZenOne creates immersive dancefloor journeys designed to elevate and connect. His sets fuse hypnotic basslines with sacred energy, transforming movement into ritual. Based in Reno, NV, ZenOne has played everything from underground desert gatherings to headliner afterparties -- each time inviting listeners into a deep state of flow.

LISTEN - D8rium (Playa Play) is a DJ project of Stas Tarnovskiy. Stas believes that the mission of a DJ is to share emotions with the audience through the music, because music is a very powerful medium for transmitting emotionally charged messages. His favorite genre is a psychedelic music of all kinds, beautiful, complex, melodic and packed with energy. Long time music lover, Stas started to DJ at Burning Man in 2012 and ever since he’s actively participating in South California underground music scene, playing various events and even organizing free day parties in San Diego where he lives with his beautiful wife.
